Graded-card registry · in development
Know it's real.
Prove it's yours.
Get it back.
SleeveTrack is the verification, provenance, and theft-recovery layer for graded cards and collectibles. Verify any slab, register the ones you own, and trade with collectors directly. If a card is stolen, flag its cert across the network — and we'll help you and law enforcement track it down.
We'll email you when the registry opens. No spam.
The problem
The hobby grew up. The safeguards didn't.
A graded slab is supposed to settle the question of what a card is and what it's worth. But a cert number printed on a label can be copied, the card behind the plastic can be swapped, and a stolen collection can be quietly broken up and resold across a dozen marketplaces — with no shared record to stop any of it. Today a buyer's main defense is a blurry photo and a stranger's word.
Real numbers, fake slabs
Counterfeiters lift genuine cert numbers from public listings and print them onto fakes. The number checks out; the card doesn't.
Swapped behind the plastic
Holders get cracked, the graded card pulled, and a lesser copy sealed back in under the original label.
Stolen, then scattered
High-value cards are stolen and resold piece by piece. Without a shared registry, the next buyer never knows.
What SleeveTrack does
One place to verify, protect, and trade what you collect.
Check a slab before you buy
Look up any cert across the major grading companies and compare it to the card in hand — one search, every grader.
Keep a record of what you own
Log your slabs to a private vault with photos and proof of purchase, and build provenance that travels with the card.
Flag a theft, get help getting it back
Report a stolen card with a police report number, flag its cert so buyers see it, and let verified investigators follow the trail.
Buy and sell, collector to collector
Run auctions built for graded cards. Sellers ship directly to buyers — SleeveTrack never takes possession of your cards.
Who it's for
One intelligence layer, four front doors.
Whoever you are in the hobby, SleeveTrack sits on the same shared record of what's real, who owns it, and what's been reported stolen.
Buy with confidence
Verify before you bid, keep a private record of your collection, and protect what you've spent years building.
For collectors →Trade where theft doesn't pay
Verify inventory at scale, screen incoming buys, and sell in a venue where every card carries a record.
For dealers →Sell, and stay compliant
A point of sale built for slabs that files your secondhand-dealer reports for you — no more hand-keying every buy.
For card shops →Follow the trail
Search certs flagged as stolen and request records through a clear process, on lawful request.
For law enforcement →How it works
Three steps, from your shelf to recovery.
Register your slabs
Add your graded cards to your vault with photos and receipts. The record stays private until you choose to share it.
Track or trade
Hold them and watch the market, or buy and sell with other collectors directly through SleeveTrack auctions.
Recover if stolen
File a report with a police case number, flag the cert across the network, and we help you and police track it down.
We never hold your cardsSellers ship directly to buyers. SleeveTrack is a registry and a venue, not a middleman that takes custody.
Flags require proofA theft flag needs a verified identity and a police report number. No anonymous accusations, and a clear path to dispute one.
Your vault is yoursWhat you own stays private. You decide what to list, what to show, and what to keep to yourself.
